A skiing paradise for children:
ideal for skiing for children

We are absolutely convinced – the Fiss-Ladis-Serfaus ski area is the best family ski area for your kids. Not only we ourselves, who are doing our best for parents and children every day to make them feel at home and looked after, are saying this, but also independent tests. That is what we are particularly proud of. But let us start at the beginning.

One of the highlights for children and families in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski dimension is merely a snowball throw from your holiday home, the Laurentius family hotel: Bertas Kinderland at the mid-station of the Sonnenbahn Fiss-Ladis. More information at: www.serfaus-fiss-ladis.at

Bertas Kinderland: 10,000 sqm of skiing & playing

The cow Berta is the mascot of the children’s area of the Fiss-Ladis children’s ski school. It lives just 500m from our Laurentius and so it is quite natural that we are good friends. You want to know what Berta can do for kids who want to learn how to ski or ride a snowboard. 11 conveyor belts, a fairy-tale village, an Indian Village, the Bambini land, the tubing course, the magic carpet, the Snowmobil, the action tent, the Bertas Kinderplanet restaurant and a lot more. Not surprising that Berta is not only popular in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis but also far beyond.

Where learning how to ski is a children’s dream come true

Toddler, bigger kid, youth, beginner or advanced skiers: Everyone who wants to learn how to ski is very welcome and in good hands. Almost 200 regular skiing instructors work in the Fiss-Ladis ski school. At peak times even up to 300. Up to 2,000 guests are supervised daily. It is important to commit oneself to every single child and to consider their needs. That is why here in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area we have the motto: every child finds its group. Our ski school works with small, age-appropriate groups. Here children learn skiing fast, in a playful way and with plenty of fun and joy. A specifically developed, tried -and-tested ski course programme ensures fast learning progress. We also like to use modern aids and the latest technologies. Ropes, ribbons, fun-noodles, big foot or shorty. Learning how to ski is simply great fun.

Course times: When do the children’s ski courses take place?

Children’s ski courses are offered daily. The best introduction to skiing can be offered by a complete course with altogether 10 units, that is five days. More information is available at www.skischule-fiss-ladis.at. There you will find information on the latest offers and book a course fitting your needs easily and conveniently. If you don’t have the right equipment for the piste and fun in the snow, you can rent it in an uncomplicated way and at short notice.
