Diet, coeliac disease, food allergies, special diets

Hotel and food intolerances: Yes it goes well together!

How does a hotel deal with food intolerances in service, in the restaurant or in the kitchen? We believe in direct communication. We are happy to discuss special diets, possible food intolerance or other food requests.

Hotel: Dealing with allergies & intolerances

Allergy sufferers have been dealt a difficult hand with their allergies. On holidays or on a journey one wants to relax and enjoy experiences. One doesn’t want to think about one’s intolerances. We know all that. Topics such as healthy food, intolerances or skilled handling of allergies are not new to us. Our Laurentius is allergy sufferer-friendly and considers the food requests of its guests. We believe in knowledge, information and experience.

Children or adults: We are considerate of allergies

Once you have told us which food must be avoided, which special food we may provide and which food you bring from back home …
... nothing can get in the way of carefree holidays at our hotel!

Information and contact

Should you decide to spend your holidays with us:
  • … we kindly ask you to send us your diet plan or a list of food that must not be eaten by you or your family.
  • … our chef will welcome you to his kitchen at the start of your holidays and will discuss possible diets, allergies or food intolerance with you in person.
  • …we will be perfectly prepared!

We have collected some reports from guests, who were able to spend carefree holidays at our place despite suffering from coeliac disease.
