Important information & booking conditions

  • To make a reservation please contact us by telephone, Chat or e-mail.
  • An advance prepayment of Euro 500.- per room reserved is required. Please make your payment to the following account:

  • Please note that we cannot promise that specific rooms and floors will be available.
  • The room floor plans are illustrated schematically only.
  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome, we charge Euro 25.00 per dog and day. We kindly ask that you observe the following regulations when travelling with your pet: Dogs are not permitted in any of the public areas of the hotel (restaurant, children’s club, water world ...). If left unattended in the room, you must ensure that your dog does not affect the well-being and quiet enjoyment of other hotel guests and does not lie on the bed or on the sofa. You assume full responsibility for any damages, however caused, resulting from the dog being allowed in the hotel’s premises. Please note we are a Baby- and Children's hotel and thus must observe rigid rules of hygiene.
  • Arrival: Your room will be ready by 3:00pm on the day of arrival (you can use all our recreational amenities and facilities as soon as you arrive). Please let us know if you should arrive later than 6:00pm.
  • Departure: Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00am.
  • Payment: We accept Cash, EC Card (Maestro), Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations more than 31 days before arrival are free of charge. However, we charge a processing fee of € 25.00/ booked room.
  • within 21 days before arrival, a cancellation fee for 3 nights is payable
  • later than 21 days before arrival or non-arrival, premature departure 100% of total costs


Any changes to arrival or departure dates are considered cancellations and are subject to the above policy.

What does the insurance cover:

  • Sudden sickness* of the insured or a near relative (certified by a medical practitioner)
  • Death of, or serious accident to the insured or a near relative (e.g. the death of a grandmother or a severe incident of a sister)
  • Substantial material damage to proprieties (fire, housebreaking, natural calamities)
  • Unexpected unemployment
  • Call to military or alternative service (if it can’t be put off)
  • Divorce after the booking of a journey together
  • Failure of high school exams if the booking was made before
  • Unexpected summons to attend court
 

* not included are mental or emotional disturbances , chronic ailments or diseases already existing  before the booking, save the conditions of the patient  have not worsened considerably.

We have adjusted our cancellation conditions and offer free cancellations up to one day before your planned arrival day during the summer season 2020 in case of closed borders.
