Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations more than 31 days before arrival are free of charge. However, we charge a processing fee of € 25.00/ booked room.
- within 21 days before arrival, a cancellation fee for 3 nights is payable
- later than 21 days before arrival or non-arrival, premature departure 100% of total costs
Any changes to arrival or departure dates are considered cancellations and are subject to the above policy.

What does the insurance cover:
- Sudden sickness* of the insured or a near relative (certified by a medical practitioner)
- Death of, or serious accident to the insured or a near relative (e.g. the death of a grandmother or a severe incident of a sister)
- Substantial material damage to proprieties (fire, housebreaking, natural calamities)
- Unexpected unemployment
- Call to military or alternative service (if it can’t be put off)
- Divorce after the booking of a journey together
- Failure of high school exams if the booking was made before
- Unexpected summons to attend court
* not included are mental or emotional disturbances , chronic ailments or diseases already existing before the booking, save the conditions of the patient have not worsened considerably.
