Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations more than 31 days before arrival will not be charged. However, we will charge a handling fee of € 25,00
• Within 31 days before arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 3 nights
• Within 21 days before arrival or non-arrival, premature departure 100% of total costs

We strongly recommend taking a travel insurance.

What does the insurance cover:

• Sudden sickness* of the insured or a near relative (certified by a medical practitioner)
• Death of, or serious accident to the insured or a near relative (e.g. the death of a grandmother or a severe incident of a sister)
• Substantial material damage to proprieties (fire, housebreaking, natural calamities)
• Unexpected unemployment
• Call to military or alternative service (if it can’t be put off)
• Divorce after the booking of a journey together
• Failure of high school exams if the booking was made before
• Unexpected summons to attend court

* not included are mental or emotional disturbances , chronic ailments or diseases already existing before the booking, save the conditions of the patient have not worsened considerably.
