Fiss-Ladis ski school

Skiing needs to be learned. The youngest guests know this already. But some adults have also never been on skis or need to urgently brush up their skills after a long break. In the Fiss-Ladis ski school you find competent support, private courses and plenty of fun learning.

Learning how to ski in the Tyrol

Martin Stark, the manager of the ski school, Berta, probably the funniest and friendliest cow in the world, and almost 200 regular skiing instructors welcome you to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski school. Martin Stark’s team is an international one. The perfectly trained instructors come from Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Japan and many other countries in the world. During peak times, there are 300 instructors who look after about 2,000 guests daily.

Sociability and joy of skiing

Skiing is practiced in small groups, but there are also private courses. Everyone finds a course fitting their needs. Moreover, there is a separate exercise terrain for beginners at the mid-station of the Sonnenbahn Fiss-Laids. Depending on the group, snowblades, video analysis, pole programme, Skyswing, snowbike or snowfox are used. Sociability, exercising together without pressure and state-of-the-art techniques. These are the ingredients that make learning how to ski at the Fiss-Ladis ski school so special.

And one thing is sure. The make ones very first turns on a piste covered with fresh snow – that’s an incredible, unforgettable feeling of freedom.

All information on the ski courses can be found at www.skischule-fiss-ladis.at.
