- Advance prepayments from Germany, The Netherlands, and Benelux Countries can be made via Internet.
- Please note that we cannot promise that specific rooms and floors will be available.
- The room floor plans are illustrated schematically only.
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Dogs are charged at Euro 15.00 per night in the summer and at Euro 20.00 per night in the winter, no food included.
We are delighted to welcome pets to our Family Hotel. However, we kindly ask that you observe the following regulations when traveling with your pet: Dogs are not permitted in any of the public areas of the hotel (restaurant, children’s club, water world ...). If left unattended in the room, you must ensure that your dog does not affect the well-being and quiet enjoyment of other hotel guests and does not lie on the bed or on the sofa. You assume full responsibility for any damages, however caused, resulting from the dog being allowed in the hotel’s premises. Please note we are a Children’s and Family Hotel and thus must observe rigid rules of hygiene. We thank you for understanding and are looking forward to your stay with us!
- Arrival: Your room will be ready by 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you should arrive later than 6:00pm.
- Departure: Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00am on the day of departure.
- Payment: We accept EC Card, Visa, Euro Card and Mastercard, and Cash.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel 12 weeks or more prior to your scheduled arrival, your entire prepayment will be refunded, less a Euro 25.00 service charge per reservation.
If you notify us of a cancellation with less than 4 weeks prior notice, we will charge you three nights lodging.
If cancellation is made 21 days or less prior to arrival, you have to pay your booked services in full - no refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure. Any changes to arrival or departure dates are considered cancellations and are subject to the above policy.

What you are covered for:
- You become seriously ill* (you must get a medical certificate from the general practitioner saying that this prevented you from travelling)
- You or a relative dies; a relative becomes seriously ill or gets injured. (i.e. death of the grandmother, serious illness of the grandchild, injury of the sister, etc.)
- You need you to stay at home after a fire, storm, flood or burglary at your home.
- You are made redundant while at the time of booking your trip, you had no reason to believe you would be made redundant
- You are a member of the armed forces, police, fire, nursing or ambulance services and you have to stay at home because of an emergency or you are posted overseas unexpectedly
- Divorce while at the time of booking your trip together, you had no reason to believe you would be divorced
- Failing in an exam/A level after the time of booking
- You have to go to court to be a witness or be on a jury
* Special exclusions: We will not cover a disability that was caused by mental or psychological trauma and did not involve the injury to your body; a disease or any physical disability or illness that existed before the trip; any treatment or surgery that we think you do not need immediately and can wait until you return home.
